Service Description

This is a six week self paced mentorship centered around building a better meditation practices and shadow working skills. If it takes about 28 to 32 days to establish a new habit or routine, we can create a new mindset to teach you how to stay centered in the midst of chaos. After you purchase this program, you will be given a link that lays out the next six weeks day by day. Included in this program is as follows: 1)Weekly focal points with Daily exercises and activities. Often times people see meditation in shadow work as being a chore, as someone who is neurodivergent I created these programs to fit into your daily life. These are intriguing and introspective tools which help immensely for those with an incentive based nervous system. 2)There will be a hour long pre-recorded shadow Work and Meditation class I taught that you can play at your own pace to take notes . It will give you detailed instructions on different methods of meditation and general prompts to start with. 3) You have weekly homework assignments that are due every Friday. I will not grade your answers, but I will give you feedback. Your grade will be based around your participation. 4) A playlist of Music & Food For Thought that will be used for reprogramming(this will be found in information on week two) 5) A reading list along with experts, I think are important that you may not be able to view without buying certain books. Please note this class begins Wednesday, January 29th but you are welcome to sign up after! All class materials will be sent out on Monday January 27th (or whenever you purchase if after the start date)
