The most common question I'm asked is Jasmine how do you live so freely? One thing nobody told me when i started my spiritual journey, is how important it is to be selfish! You can attempt to meditate,manifest, and spiritually ascend- but if you have yet to connect to your needs to learn how to properly set boundaries you’re going to be in a constant free fall.
We will spend 4 Days and 3 nights learning how to dicsover/rediscover ourselves in whatever phase of life we are.
